years ago, jon's friend served in the philippines
and brought this little buddha back for him.
we have him on a ledge above our kitchen counter.
sometimes when asha is whining i steal mauralee's
line and tell her to breath like buddha
-in through your nose, out through your mouth-
today, she really wanted to get in the cupboard under the sink,
and when she couldn't open it, she started to whine.
i looked down at her and asked,
"ashy, what does buddha do?
she pointed up at him,
puckered her lips
and blew out.
she amazes me!

Andrew Michael! Isn't that what RJ Hill use to do to hold his temper with his little brother! haha If Ashy bug turns out anything like Rj then we ain't got anything to worry about :) Pretty bright kid ya got there sis.
She amazes all! That kid has our hearts here in WX. LuLu that was a classic memory...meditation at its finest.
