Jon's mission companion, Jeff Marshall,was in Raleigh for a southern fair experience!
He treated us to a Segway tour of the city
and then we enjoyed a night at the fair.
You know that's a demolition derbygoing on in the background!
The hand dipped corn dogs were off the hook
and you could treat yourself to any fried food you could imagine
(fried twinkies, cheesecake, pb & js, ANYTHING!!)
Lulu would be proud!

the bottom picture is the best. atleast you have helmets, i'm sure you can get pretty crazy on those babies.
that is one great weekend with one great friend. you are right...the segways are CLASSIC, helmet and all! i love you and jon's hand holding. sure wish we could have been at the fair with ya.
my first thought as i saw your pictures were "em is lookin' pretty and i love your earings at the derby." then the hemets and segways made me laugh.

Marshall always was one for healthy food. I remember him eating alfajores by the case. I'm surprised he's still alive (that was a joke).
